Position Overview

Sai Ayush Ayurveda Hospital is looking for an experienced SEO & Web Design Expert to overhaul and optimize its 900-page Ayurveda website. The position requires expertise in Technical SEO, AI-driven search optimization (GxEO & AEO), Local SEO, Core Web Vitals, WordPress speed optimization, and UX/UI enhancement. This role is central to building India’s leading digital Ayurveda platform.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Optimization & Content Structuring

• Conduct full-scale technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits.

• Optimize 900+ pages using structured workflows, templates, and content strategies.

• Improve ranking for high-intent healthcare keywords, treatment pages, and service areas.

• Implement GxEO for AI-based search visibility and AEO for voice search and Google SGE.

• Build advanced internal linking systems and topical authority structures.

• Optimize H1-H6 hierarchy, metadata, schema, alt text, and content structures.

• Fix outdated, duplicate, thin, or low-performing content using merge/prune strategies.

• Achieve 100/100 SEO health score using professional SEO tools.

Local SEO & Google My Business Optimization

• Improve local visibility for Ayurveda hospital and Panchakarma-related searches.

• GEO-specific optimization for KPHB, Madeenaguda, Kukatpally, Hitech City, and Miyapur.

• Manage citations, directories, GMB posts, service schema, and branded SERP improvements.

Speed Optimization & Core Web Vitals

• Reduce overall website load time to under 2 seconds.

• Improve LCP, CLS, INP, and other vital performance metrics.

• Implement caching, CDN, compression, code optimization, lazy loading, and image compression.

• Achieve 90+ scores on PageSpeed Insights and GTMetrix across mobile and desktop.

UI/UX & Web Design

• Redesign 900+ pages for improved user experience, readability, engagement, and conversion flow.

• Ensure mobile-first design, consistent design system, and improved visual hierarchy.

• Create landing pages optimized for paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

• Conduct A/B tests on layouts, CTA placements, lead forms, and navigation structures.

Technical Optimization & Structure

• Resolve indexing, crawling, and site structure issues in Google Search Console.

• Implement advanced schema types including Hospital, FAQ, Service, Reviews, LocalBusiness, and Location schema.

• Optimize URL architecture, breadcrumbs, canonicals, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps.

• Ensure readiness for AI, SGE, and generative search environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, Web Design, and Speed Optimization.

• Experience managing large websites (500+ pages; ideal 900+).

• Preferably experience in Ayurveda, Wellness, Healthcare, or Medical SEO.

• Strong technical proficiency: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

• Expert in WordPress optimization using Elementor, WP Bakery, or Gutenberg.

• Proficiency with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog, GA4, GSC.

• Strong understanding of Local SEO, GEO SEO, GxEO, and AEO methodologies.

• Proven portfolio showcasing ranking improvements and speed optimization results.

Key Performance Expectations

• Significant ranking improvements across 900+ pages.

• Core Web Vitals improvement and consistent <2s load times.

• Strong Local SEO visibility across Hyderabad.
