Role Overview

CocoonIT Services is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to support global implementations, drive functional solution design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end D365 F&O Finance implementations (minimum 2–3).

• Translate business requirements into functional solution architecture.

• Configure, implement, integrate, and test D365 F&O solutions using best practices and Microsoft Sure Step methodology.

• Handle finance modules such as GP, AR, AL.

• Design functional test cases, UAT cycles, and test scenarios.

• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and development.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize ERP processes.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of ERP business processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Certified in Dynamics D365FO (desired).

• Ability to work independently and within teams.

• Strong customer-facing and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post-Graduate with relevant Dynamics experience.
