About the Role

FlexM is seeking an experienced Scrum Master and Quality Assurance Lead to drive Agile transformation and support delivery of high-value digital financial products. This role requires advanced expertise in Agile frameworks, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to ensure compliance within a regulated FinTech environment. The candidate will guide multiple squads while fostering transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for 2–3 Agile squads within the FinTech domain.

• Act as a servant leader, coaching teams and enabling high performance.

• Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts for backlog prioritization and clarity of product vision.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning (SAFe where applicable).

• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, and business teams to remove delivery impediments.

• Drive adoption of Agile-at-scale frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and security standards required in financial services.

• Utilize Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, defect leakage) for continuous improvement.

• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and support the Agile Center of Excellence.

• Align delivery with business priorities in areas such as digital banking, payments, lending, trading, or wealth management.

Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience, including minimum 5 years as a Scrum Master in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Insurance, or similar regulated sectors.

• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model.

• Proven capability in end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital financial products.

• Strong stakeholder management across product, compliance, and technology teams.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks: PCI-DSS, PSD2, SOX, KYC/AML.

• Hands-on experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps.

• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills.

• Analytical mindset with experience using Agile metrics for data-driven decisions.

• Preferred certifications: CSM, PSM II/III, SAFe Agilist, ICP-ACC, CSP-SM.
