Job Responsibilities

  • Lead D365 F&O SCM and Finance module implementations.

  • Manage full project lifecycle from discovery to post–go-live support.

  • Define solution architecture and guide functional design.

  • Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and configuration.

  • Mentor functional teams and ensure timely, quality delivery.

  • Oversee project financials including budgeting, planning, and profitability.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and drive finance transformation strategies.

  • Collaborate across development, testing, and integration teams.

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Stay updated with Microsoft releases and best practices.

Skills & Expertise

  • Deep knowledge of D365 F&O and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

  • Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, H2R, E2I cycles.

  • Experience in configuration, data migration, and user adoption.

  • Familiarity with IFRS, GAAP, SOX.

  • Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, third-party integrations.

  • Agile methodology and Azure DevOps experience.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • SCM modules such as Inventory, WHS, TMS, Master Planning, Intercompany, EAM.

  • Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.

  • Multi-country rollout experience.

  • Data migration strategy & implementation.
