Job Summary

Seeking an Agile Project Manager with strong Scrum expertise and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential. Responsible for driving Agile delivery, leading teams, and maintaining project quality, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.

• Work with product owners on project scope and deliverables.

• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Identify project risks and address issues proactively.

• Coach team members on Agile best practices.

• Track progress using Agile metrics and provide stakeholder updates.

• Foster communication across teams and partners.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

• Strong knowledge of Scrum & Agile frameworks.

• Proven team leadership and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira, Trello, or similar Agile tools.

• Knowledge of Kanban, Lean.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle.

• Agile coaching experience is a plus.
