Job Summary

Cambridge Technology Enterprises is hiring a Technical Lead with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations. The role involves leading technical design, development, upgrades, migrations, and enterprise-level integrations.

Key Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in ERP solution delivery with Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX 2009/2012/AX7) and D365 F&O

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Finance & Operations

• Strong proficiency in X++, .NET, Azure DevOps, LCS, and Azure

• Experience with AX 2009/2012/AX7 to D365 Cloud upgrade projects

• Knowledge of D365 data migration, Dual-write, Dataverse integrations

• Understanding of D365 F&O extensions, reporting, and performance optimization

• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI

• Experience in large enterprise or multi-region deployments is desirable

• Strong communication, documentation, and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and implementation of D365 F&O

• Mentor and guide development teams through all project phases

• Collaborate with business teams and architects to understand requirements

• Develop scalable solutions and oversee integrations using Azure, Dataverse, and Power Platform

• Drive migrations, upgrades, and transformation programs

• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines across environments

• Perform architectural and code reviews

• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and enterprise standards

• Govern vendor and partner-led development activities

• Contribute to Power Platform solutions integrated with D365 F&O
