Job Summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive agile product development, partner with product managers, and support customer-centric digital solutions within the BFSI and Payments domain.

Key Requirements

• Strong Scrum Master and Agile delivery experience

• Knowledge of SAFe methodologies

• Background in Payments, Cards, or BFSI domain preferred

• Experience in product lifecycle, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and business case development

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product managers to drive product development

• Collaborate with UX, data engineering, and development teams

• Conduct customer research to understand needs and pain points

• Define and iterate product roadmap and concepts

• Oversee feature development and delivery

• Define product metrics and monitor performance

• Identify risks, dependencies, and operational issues

• Build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships

• Maintain comprehensive product documentation

• Support the development of an agile, product-led culture
