Full Job Description:
Sanofi, a global healthcare innovator, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join its Digital Manufacturing & Supply – Data and Analytics team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader and Agile coach, ensuring the successful delivery of data and analytics initiatives through Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements

• Work closely with Product Owners and Pods to establish and evolve Agile processes

• Coach team members to ensure Epics and Stories meet the Definition of Ready

• Promote autonomy and a culture of continuous improvement

• Improve team productivity and flow using Agile principles and best practices

• Utilize Jira and Agile tracker tools to manage backlog and workflows

• Coordinate with other teams for cross-functional Agile projects

• Lead Agile training sessions for team and stakeholders

• Act as communication bridge between team, leadership, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development or data analytics projects

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors

• Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning processes

• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)

• Involvement in digital transformation projects
