Role Overview:
Lead and manage complex IT projects using Scrum and hybrid methodologies. Responsible for planning, monitoring, and delivering projects on time, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling:

• Create and maintain project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project.

• Manage task breakdown, dependencies, and milestone tracking.

• Apply knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.

Project Monitoring & Control:

• Track project progress and identify deviations from the plan.

• Monitor and manage risks, issues, and change management processes.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and document minutes/action items.

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Create project documentation including charters, status reports, and repositories.

• Utilize project management software for reporting and analysis.

Resource Management:

• Track resource allocation and utilization.

• Understand resource requirements for IT projects.

Technical & Scrum Knowledge:

• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.

• Experience in Scrum environments and ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews).

Problem-Solving & Organization:

• Identify and resolve project issues.

• Analyze data and make informed project decisions.

• Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing requirements.

Teamwork & Collaboration:

• Work effectively in a team environment and build positive working relationships.

• Drive tasks to completion and mentor project teams.
