Job Description :

Role Overview:
Facilitate Scrum practices and guide teams on Agile principles. Support delivery excellence by mentoring, removing impediments, and improving processes while enabling collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.

  • Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum theory.

  • Remove blockers and impediments affecting team progress.

  • Support the Product Owner in managing backlog and aligning priorities.

  • Promote Agile values: openness, respect, collaboration.

  • Monitor team performance and help implement improvements.

  • Improve Agile processes and delivery practices across teams.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile principles

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities

  • Servant-leadership mindset

  • Ability to track performance and support team improvement

  • Experience in software/engineering environments (Automotive/Electronics preferred)

Education: UG/PG – Any Graduate/Postgraduate
