Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Executive will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple networks, analyze performance, and implement strategies to improve campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and App networks.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify targeting opportunities.

  • Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, conversions, and quality score.

  • Prepare and manage ad copies, align landing pages, and perform A/B testing.

  • Monitor campaign performance and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • Track conversions using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.

  • Manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient spend.

  • Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams for integrated marketing strategies.

  • Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements to enhance campaign performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and App networks.

  • Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.

  • Hands-on experience with keyword planning, bidding strategies, and remarketing.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
