Job Summary

Refroid Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) with completed certifications or coursework in digital marketing and AI-powered design tools. The role involves creating AI-driven creative content for technical subjects within the industrial and data center cooling domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop digital creatives using AI-based design tools such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Figma AI, DALL·E, and similar platforms.

• Support the creation of social media content, email campaigns, product brochures, and infographics using AI automation.

• Produce AI-generated visual concepts and explainer graphics for engineering topics such as airflow, cooling systems, and heat transfer.

• Collaborate with technical and product teams to convert engineering details into customer-friendly digital content.

• Use AI analytics tools to track content performance and provide improvement insights.

Required Skills (Fresher)

• Certification or training in Digital Marketing and AI-enhanced design tools.

• Strong creativity and willingness to explore new AI technologies.

• Ability to quickly learn Data Center, HVAC, and refrigeration concepts (training provided).

• Hands-on exposure to AI tools such as Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Express AI, Figma AI, ChatGPT, etc.

• Strong storytelling, attention to detail, and visual communication ability.

• Good English communication and collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Tech/B.E. preferred but not mandatory).

• Internship or digital marketing project experience is an added advantage.
