Job Summary

Saina Cloud Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with 3–5 years of expertise in ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role involves business process mapping, requirement gathering, functional design, module configuration, testing, and end-user support. Candidates should be capable of independently managing functional responsibilities and collaborating with both clients and internal technical teams for successful ERP delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Design

  • Gather, validate, and document business requirements.

  • Prepare detailed functional specifications.

  • Map business processes to ERP capabilities based on industry best practices.

ERP Module Configuration & Implementation

  • Configure D365 F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement.

  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend customizations or alternatives.

  • Work closely with technical teams for integrations and custom development.

Testing & Deployment Support

  • Develop test cases and participate in system testing.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues.

  • Participate in go-live activities and provide post-implementation support.

Documentation & Training

  • Prepare training materials, SOPs, configuration documents, and process flows.

  • Conduct user training sessions and support knowledge transfer.

Project Participation

  • Assist with project planning, effort estimation, and status reporting.

  • Ensure deliverables are met within timelines and quality standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an ERP Functional Consultant (preferably Microsoft D365 F&O).

  • Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Sales processes.

  • Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and client interaction.

  • Familiarity with workflow configuration and approval processes.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).
