Job Description

STAEDEAN is seeking a talented and driven Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer to strengthen its growing digital product development team. This role involves working on STAEDEAN’s Finance & Operations solutions, collaborating across teams, and continuously improving internal systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance Dynamics 365 F&O product offerings.

• Develop custom apps using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Portals.

• Implement Power Automate flows (automated, instant, business process).

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve architecture and features.

• Contribute to the entire SDLC — from concept through delivery.

• Integrate external systems via Logic Apps, Dual-write, and Power Automate.

• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform and Azure features.

• Participate in code reviews and follow Microsoft’s best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse.

• Proficiency in building Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Portals.

• Strong command of Power Automate, Logic Apps, and custom connectors.

• Experience with C#, .NET Core, TypeScript, and T-SQL is preferred.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices.

• Sound understanding of integration and API development.

• Active learner with engagement in Microsoft Learn programs.

• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP/Finance domain and Dynamics 365 F&O integration.

• Experience in leading small teams or mentoring peers.

• Exposure to DevOps, Microsoft best practices, and scalable deployments.
