Job Overview

The Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant will support finance process design, functional configuration, and rollout of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role includes advising stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements, and leading functional components of the implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with business owners to refine Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on process transformation aligned with D365 capabilities.
• Oversee F&O project implementation and functional design.
• Convert business requirements into customer-focused solutions.
• Conduct functional testing, end-to-end testing, and integration testing using Postman.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong Direct Debit (BACS/SEPA) experience.
• Knowledge of out-of-the-box features and platform limitations.
• Experience in SCM and Finance modules; willingness to explore additional modules.
• Full ERP implementation lifecycle experience within Dynamics 365.
• Ability to run workshops, capture requirements, and build product backlogs.
• Experience delivering in Agile environments (Epics, Features, User Stories, sprints).
• Understanding of PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365.
• Relevant functional experience: 5–6 years.
