Job Summary
The Solution Consulting Fzco is hiring an experienced Lead Finance Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role involves leading end-to-end finance implementations, providing solution architecture expertise, guiding functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple finance modules.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage complete finance implementations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Engage with clients to understand business processes and map them to D365 finance capabilities.
Define and document functional requirements, process flows, configurations, and test scenarios.
Provide strong solution architecture expertise across GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and Project Accounting.
Conduct solutioning sessions and run functional design workshops.
Oversee data migration, system integration, and financial reporting configuration.
Ensure accurate financial postings, accounting validations, and compliance in D365.
Mentor and guide the Finance functional team; provide leadership support.
Conduct user training sessions, support UAT activities, and manage go-live processes.
Collaborate with technical/development teams to ensure performance, scalability, and solution quality.
Ensure alignment with industry best practices, governance, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O with specialization in Finance.
Must have completed 5–8 full lifecycle D365 F&O finance implementation projects.
Deep functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and other core finance modules.
Strong expertise in solution design, process re-engineering, and finance domain consulting.
Proven consultancy background with the ability to lead teams and projects.
Advanced analytical and documentation skills.
Strong ability to deliver strategic presentations and communicate with diverse audiences.
Experience providing high-quality oversight across the entire project lifecycle.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong customer-focused mindset and commitment to excellence.
Education & Qualifications
Preferred: CA Qualified / CA Inter / Higher relevant finance or business education.
UG: B.Tech/B.E., B.Com
PG: MBA/PGDM (Finance), M.Com, CA, or equivalent postgraduate qualifications.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and ERP solution deployment.
Flexibility to travel; travel is a mandatory part of the role.
