Job Description:

Algoleap Technologies is hiring an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in ERP implementations, Zoho Books configuration, CRM deployments, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires end-to-end project leadership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful delivery. The ideal candidate will oversee complete project lifecycles, ensure process alignment, maintain timelines and budgets, and support system adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP, CRM, and Zoho ecosystem implementation projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets using Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies
• Perform process mapping and workflow automation for CRM and business systems
• Oversee Zoho Books setup, customization, and integration with business functions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across finance, sales, procurement, and operations
• Conduct requirement gathering and translate business needs into workable solutions
• Ensure adherence to project management frameworks and best practices
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to project teams
• Deliver periodic project reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
• Drive adoption and change management for deployed systems

Required Skills:

• Strong project management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation
• Zoho Books setup & customization
• CRM deployment, automation & process mapping
• Understanding of finance, accounting, sales, procurement & operational workflows
• Stakeholder and team management

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification
• MBA or advanced degree

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization
PG: MBA/PGDM preferred
