Job Description:

Cygnus is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a contract role based in Bangalore. This position requires strong hands-on experience in Agile Scrum practices, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination, particularly within embedded, firmware, or platform-based project environments. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders while working onsite at the client location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework across teams
• Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and enable team productivity
• Manage and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
• Support delivery of embedded, firmware, or platform-based projects
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics
• Foster continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team

Required Skills:

• Scrum Master with minimum 5 years of hands-on experience
• Strong expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies
• Experience working on embedded, firmware, or platform projects
• Stakeholder management and coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Embedded C programming knowledge
• BIOS / UEFI experience or exposure
• Technical background in embedded systems
• Experience working in onsite client environments

Education:

UG: Any Graduate
