Job Description:

NeoSOFT is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile delivery for cross-functional teams in a fast-paced IT services environment. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on Agile facilitation skills. The ideal candidate will drive Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery while continuously improving team efficiency and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to Agile values, principles, and best practices
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies to ensure smooth delivery
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and sprint goals
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery timelines
• Coach teams on Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Facilitate discussions, conflict resolution, and decision-making
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment
• Drive continuous improvement across Agile processes and tools

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering projects in Agile environments
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA

Preferred Skills:

• Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM)
• Experience working in IT services or consulting environments
• Exposure to PMO processes
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

Education:

UG: Any Graduate
