Job Description:

CocoonIT Services is seeking an experienced F&O Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role involves working on global ERP implementations, translating business requirements into functional designs, and collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality finance solutions. This position requires strong finance domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of end-to-end implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into functional solution designs
• Lead D365 F&O Finance module implementations for global clients
• Configure and integrate finance modules including GL, AP, AR, and FA
• Prepare functional specifications and test scenarios
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Coordinate with technical teams for customization and development
• Ensure adherence to best practices and Microsoft Sure Step methodology
• Provide functional support and client communication throughout projects

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Strong finance and ERP business process knowledge
• Functional documentation and solution design
• Financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills:

• D365 F&O certification
• Experience with global ERP implementations

Education:

Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant Dynamics 365 experience
