Job Description:

Wissen Technology is hiring an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and scale Agile delivery across complex, enterprise-level projects. This role combines strong project management ownership with Agile coaching responsibilities, ensuring high-quality outcomes, faster time-to-market, and seamless collaboration across cross-functional and distributed teams. The position is ideal for seasoned Agile professionals who thrive in hybrid environments and large-scale product engineering ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Agile projects ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Scale Agile practices across large teams and enterprise environments
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to remove impediments
• Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, GitLab, or equivalents
• Implement and promote Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
• Apply DevOps, CI/CD, and Lean principles to improve delivery efficiency
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies across projects

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (PSM, SAFe)
• Proficiency with Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, GitLab, TeamCity
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Lean principles
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and impediment removal capabilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing large or distributed teams
• Exposure to multiple project management methodologies
• Advanced Agile or Project Management certifications
• Background in product engineering environments

Education:

UG: Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate
(Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
