Job Description:

Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced D365 Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional designs, support ERP implementations, and ensure alignment with business objectives. The consultant will be involved across the project lifecycle—from requirement gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze and design business processes using D365 Finance & Supply Chain
• Configure D365 applications based on functional specifications
• Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and user guides
• Coordinate with technical teams for system integrations
• Identify issues, troubleshoot, and provide timely resolutions
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and enhancements

Required Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain)
• ERP functional consulting and implementation experience
• Business process analysis and functional design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Requirement gathering and documentation expertise

Preferred Skills:

• SQL and data analysis tools
• System integration and data migration knowledge
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Experience in large-scale ERP implementations
