Job Description:

An IT Software Development Company, represented by Zealant Consulting Group, is seeking a highly skilled Senior D365 Functional Consultant to lead and support Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations implementations. The role requires deep functional expertise, strong client-facing capabilities, and hands-on experience across the full ERP implementation lifecycle. The consultant will play a critical role in requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AX/D365 implementations
• Execute projects using Microsoft Life Cycle Services (LCS) methodology
• Demonstrate strong functional expertise in Dynamics AX and D365 F&O
• Lead and support multiple full lifecycle implementations (minimum five)
• Conduct client workshops and manage stakeholder communications
• Own and drive functional tasks as a Senior Functional Consultant
• Act as a functional expert during implementation, upgrades, and support
• Perform Fit/Gap analysis and define functional specifications
• Collaborate closely with technical teams for solution design
• Prepare and execute test cases to ensure quality delivery
