Job Description:

ArcelorMittal Global Business & Technologies is hiring a Scrum Master to support Agile transformation initiatives. The role focuses on driving Scrum adoption, enabling high-performing teams, and removing impediments to ensure smooth delivery. The Scrum Master will foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and alignment with Agile best practices while supporting ArcelorMittal’s mission of building a sustainable future through smarter steels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement Scrum practices as per the Scrum Guide
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Identify and resolve impediments impacting team progress
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices
• Promote collaboration and transparency within teams
• Track sprint progress and delivery metrics
• Encourage continuous improvement and team accountability
• Support a positive and high-performance Agile culture

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks
• Facilitation and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Team leadership and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Scrum Master or Agile certifications
• Experience working in large or global organizations
• Exposure to Agile transformation initiatives
