Job Description:

Sails Software is seeking an experienced D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing and Production modules. The role involves leading end-to-end Dynamics 365 SCM implementations, aligning system capabilities with manufacturing business processes, and supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle from design to post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end D365 SCM implementations with focus on Manufacturing & Production
• Conduct business process analysis, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis
• Configure production orders, BOMs, routes, and resources
• Manage production control, shop floor execution, and capacity planning
• Configure Master Planning (MRP), Inventory, WMS, and Procurement modules
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and solution design
• Support data migration, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities
• Conduct user training, workshops, and documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM / F&O
• Manufacturing & Production module expertise
• Production Control, BOM, Route Management
• Master Planning (MRP) and Costing (Standard, FIFO, Weighted Average)
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS)
• Process or Lean Manufacturing exposure
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• MES / PLM / third-party integrations
• Microsoft Dynamics SCM certifications

Education:

Any Graduate (ERP / IT background preferred)
