Job Description:

VOIS is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile practices within its Data & Analytics function. The role focuses on coaching teams, improving sprint delivery, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement while working with global stakeholders. This role does not involve people management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
• Maintain sprint velocity and monitor team utilization
• Identify and remove impediments and delivery risks
• Foster a safe, collaborative, and transparent team environment
• Improve stakeholder communication and alignment
• Drive process improvements and delivery excellence
• Support Agile transformation initiatives

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP)
• Experience working with BI or Data projects
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Preferred Skills:

• SAFe certification
• Experience with international or distributed teams
• Exposure to large-scale Agile implementations

Any Graduate
