Job Description:

Ayathi Projects is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support branding, recruitment marketing, and lead generation initiatives in the real estate sector. The role involves executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and content platforms to improve online visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns
• Plan and implement SEO and content marketing strategies
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social ads)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Support branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements
• Improve lead generation and online presence

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools
• Social media marketing experience
• Understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Basic knowledge of Google AdWords / paid ads
• Analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate or recruitment marketing
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools
• Creative content planning abilities

Education:

Any Graduate / Diploma in Computers
