Job Description:

Ionora Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a leading Software Development Company and Digital Marketing Agency, is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. The role involves planning, implementing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on execution skills with a strong understanding of digital strategy and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels
• Develop and implement SEO, social media, content, and paid advertising strategies
• Manage Google Ads and other paid performance marketing campaigns
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools
• Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion-focused initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
• Manage affiliate and online marketing activities
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies
• Hands-on experience with SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing
• Proficiency in Google Ads and performance marketing
• Experience managing digital campaigns end-to-end
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT services or digital marketing agency environment
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and advanced performance marketing
• Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics platforms
• Strategic planning and campaign optimization skills
