Job Description:

Sigma Slotting Corporation is looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital campaigns and create engaging content that drives brand awareness, traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation, social media management, paid advertising, SEO, and analytics to support the company’s marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, emails, and ads
• Write captions, posts, ad copies, and content briefs
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for visual content
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals

Digital Marketing & Campaigns:
• Plan and execute campaigns across social media, search engines, and email
• Manage and optimize paid ads on Google Ads and Meta platforms
• Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives

Social Media Management:
• Handle daily social media activities including posting, engagement, and community management
• Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas

SEO & Website Support:
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO
• Assist in updating website content to improve visibility and traffic

Analytics & Reporting:
• Track campaign and content performance using Google Analytics and platform insights
• Prepare performance reports and improvement suggestions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite

Preferred Skills & Education:

• B.Tech in CSE, IT, ECE, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools
• Experience with content calendars and marketing tools
• Digital Marketing certification
