Job Description:

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Scrum Master II to lead Agile delivery teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and promote continuous improvement. The role requires strong Agile coaching skills, dependency management, and collaboration with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Remove impediments and manage team-level and cross-team dependencies
• Coach teams on Agile principles and self-organization
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization
• Track delivery progress using Agile metrics and dashboards
• Use tools such as Jira and Rally for reporting and tracking
• Promote a culture of trust, accountability, and transparency
• Support Agile transformation initiatives

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Rally
• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills
• Experience in metrics reporting and Agile delivery

Preferred Skills:

• SAFe Agile Certification
• Experience in Commercial Insurance or P&C systems
• Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

Any Graduate
