Job Description:

WebMD is seeking a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile software development teams and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Scrum Master will work closely with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to drive on-time and within-budget delivery while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum teams through Agile and Scrum practices for software development projects
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Forecast sprint iterations in collaboration with Product Owners
• Identify, track, and manage project risks and support issue resolution
• Ensure correct usage of Scrum processes and Agile tools
• Shield teams from external distractions and remove impediments
• Monitor team dynamics, morale, and resolve conflicts proactively
• Provide real-time visibility of project progress to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure delivery of quality solutions on time and within budget

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master for multiple teams
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) understanding
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and YouTrack
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Experience in healthcare or technology organizations
• Experience handling multiple Scrum teams simultaneously

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization)
• Or equivalent relevant work experience
