Job Description:

Capgemini is seeking a seasoned and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across data-driven technology initiatives. This role is suited for professionals with a strong Agile mindset, hands-on experience in data and analytics projects, and the ability to drive high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. The Scrum Master will play a key role in enabling Agile best practices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Enable and empower development teams to deliver high-quality, on-time deliverables
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to maintain team focus and productivity
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and define clear, actionable user stories
• Monitor sprint progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and capacity planning
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives
• Promote transparency and effective communication within teams and with stakeholders
• Support cross-team coordination and alignment in multi-team Agile environments
• Adapt Agile practices to suit fast-paced, high-growth project requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and principles
• Experience in data-centric engagements such as Data Warehousing, BI/DW, ETL, Data Analytics, or Data Governance
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in multi-team or scaled Agile setups
• Exposure to data management and business intelligence projects
• Agile or Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
