We are looking for a passionate and skilled Scrum Master to support Agile transformation and enable teams to deliver business value efficiently.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to guide multiple Agile squads toward high-performance delivery. The role requires a deep understanding of Agile principles, effective facilitation of scrum ceremonies, and the ability to remove obstacles to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, focusing on continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Track progress of milestones and ensure the timely resolution of production issues by coordinating with support managers.

• Maintain updated documentation in Confluence and ensure alignment with project/program goals.

• Support the team and Product Owner in effective backlog grooming, prioritization, and planning.

• Identify and proactively address impediments and cross-team dependencies.

• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Report progress and risks to stakeholders through clear and structured communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

• Proven experience working in large-scale, financial or banking sector projects.

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of microservices architecture and modern development practices.

• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, and CI/CD platforms including Git and Jenkins.

• Experience working with Kanban and hybrid Agile models.

• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work with distributed teams across time zones.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

• Exposure to project management frameworks is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or SAFe certification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Familiarity with Agile transformation initiatives and change management.
