Job Overview

Alfazance India is seeking a seasoned ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. The role involves project planning, cross-functional coordination, and timely execution of enterprise-level ERP projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations from initiation to go-live

• Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, schedule, budget, and required resources

• Ensure project milestones are met within agreed timelines and cost parameters

• Coordinate with technical and functional teams to deliver quality outcomes

• Manage project risks, resolve issues, and provide status updates to stakeholders

• Uphold best practices in project documentation, change management, and delivery assurance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in ERP project management, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics ERP

• Proven track record in successful end-to-end ERP implementation projects

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong communication, planning, and risk management skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
