About the Role:

Argano Software is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant to lead project delivery and client engagements within supply chain and manufacturing domains. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to architect efficient solutions, guide delivery teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to analyze business operations and define project scope

• Lead D365 F&O SCM implementations across key modules

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through clear communication and strong delivery

• Mentor and manage teams, ensuring knowledge transfer and team cohesion

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and resolution of project risks

• Manage conflict resolution and drive team performance and motivation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules

• Proficient with LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Azure DevOps (ADO)

• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage medium to large teams

• Deep domain knowledge in Supply Chain & Manufacturing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline

• D365 certifications (required)

• 5–8 years of relevant work experience in D365 SCM
