About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile transformation and delivery for complex, cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, be SAFe certified, and have hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps. You will facilitate seamless communication across teams, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a coach and mentor to ensure team success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create and onboard Agile project teams, ensuring integration with organizational objectives.

  • Host Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.

  • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

  • Monitor sprint progress, resolve roadblocks, and track risk and issue logs.

  • Maintain dashboards and project metrics in Azure DevOps.

  • Drive continuous improvement across teams and foster a learning culture.

  • Support Product Owners in maintaining and refining the Product Backlog.

  • Lead program-level initiatives such as ART Syncs, Demos, and Retrospectives.

  • Provide transparent reporting and presentations to leadership on initiative status.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.

  • Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) and dashboard creation.

  • SAFe Certified with experience facilitating PI Planning.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).

  • Experienced in capacity planning, risk management, and Agile coaching.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Jira, Confluence, CSM, Agile Coaching.

  • Expertise in sprint planning, user stories, demos, and DevOps practices.

  • Ability to foster inclusive environments for high-performing Agile teams.
