Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

• Configure and customize D365 F&O based on business needs.

• Lead functional design workshops and prepare FRDs.

• Translate business requirements into D365 F&O functional solutions.

• Support testing, training, deployment, and go-live activities.

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system integration.

• Stay updated on Microsoft D365 features and updates.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 4 to 9 years of experience in D365 F&O or Microsoft Dynamics AX.

• Expertise in modules like Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, or Projects.

• Experience with full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.

• Strong understanding of business processes and documentation.

• Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft D365 certifications.

• Experience in global rollout or multinational client projects.

• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps) is a plus.
