Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams and lead all core ceremonies.

• Coach teams on Agile mindset, velocity improvement, and delivery excellence.

• Remove impediments to progress and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Track key Agile metrics: velocity, burndown charts, and team health.

• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and partner with Product Managers.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and retention in collaboration with HR.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 12+ years of total experience with 3+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master.

• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM); SAFe/Scaled Agile certification is a plus.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps principles.

• Proficient in tools like Jira, Rally, and Azure DevOps.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
