Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements.

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service).

• Conduct workshops and training sessions.

• Guide on business process best practices using Dynamics 365.

• Work with technical teams on implementation, data migration, integration, and development.

• Perform gap analysis and provide solution recommendations.

• Maintain documentation: process flows, designs, manuals.

• Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation phases.

• Troubleshoot and enhance system usage.

• Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and improvements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Strong functional experience in MS Dynamics 365 F&O / CE modules.

• Bachelor’s in Commerce or related field.

• MBA (Finance) or CA preferred.
