Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum team activities, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Agile Scrum processes.

• Protect the team from external interferences while fostering collaboration and self-management.

• Support Product Owner in backlog management, defining user stories, and ensuring acceptance criteria are met.

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies including planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.

• Track and update Scrum artifacts and Agile metrics in tools like Jira, Confluence, and ALM platforms.

• Promote engineering best practices including ATDD, TDD, CI/CD, and refactoring.

• Drive competency improvement and cross-skilling initiatives within the team.

• Collaborate across teams in Scrum of Scrums and ensure stable sprint velocity.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.

• 8–10 years’ experience in Agile Scrum delivery.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile engineering practices, and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, ALM).

• Experience with backlog refinement, estimation, velocity tracking, and Agile reporting.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
