About the Role

Xenatus Techops is seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and NAV Consultants to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing, delivering, and supporting Dynamics solutions, including add-ons such as Power BI, HR & Payroll, and other third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & NAV

• Support pre-sales activities including demos and solution proposals

• Perform business and process analysis, document as-is/to-be processes

• Coordinate with developers and act as a client liaison

• Implement ISV add-ons and associated solutions

• Conduct Quality Assurance testing and documentation

• Deliver training and support to end users

• Support existing clients post-implementation

Knowledge & Expertise

• 5+ years of ERP consultancy, preferably Dynamics Business Central/NAV

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics core modules

• Experience with SQL Server and Office 365

• Exposure to HR & Payroll, BI tools (Power BI), and Power Platform is a plus

• Experience in full lifecycle Dynamics implementations

• Ability to create detailed functional documentation

• Excellent communication skills in English; other languages like Greek, French, or Arabic are an asset

• Experience across multiple industries, ideally finance

• UG: Any Graduate

• PG: Any Postgraduate
