Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Scrum Master & Project Coordinator with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in agile methodologies, project coordination, and JIRA administration. This is a Work From Home role, preferably for candidates based in Dehradun, Belgaum, or Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Handle capacity planning, user story estimation, and manage product & sprint backlogs in collaboration with the Product Owner.

• Remove project obstacles, shield teams from distractions, and ensure continuous progress.

• Coordinate project activities and deliverables to meet milestones.

• Translate client requirements into detailed technical documentation.

• Administer JIRA for task and issue tracking.

• Develop comprehensive test cases and collaborate with QA teams for complete coverage.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in scrum and project coordination.

• Strong skills in JIRA, agile methodologies, and user story creation.

• Exceptional English communication (verbal & written).

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines without direct supervision.

• Experience working with or leading teams.
