Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).

• Remove team impediments and coach team members in Agile principles.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs.

• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.

• Support continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team.

• Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years as Scrum Master.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred.

• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
