Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.

• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.

• Create and present reports to senior management on business performance and improvement areas.

• Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 7–8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting.

• Strong understanding of business operations and processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with data analysis and interpretation.

• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Jira, Agile methodology, and documentation (BRD, FRD).

• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
