Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

• Support Workforce Strategy and Process Excellence initiatives using Agile practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project alignment and communication.

• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles to foster continuous improvement.

• Develop and implement talent strategies that enhance overall employee experience.

• Use Azure DevOps for project tracking, workflow management, and KPI reporting.

• Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and project context.

• Stay updated on AI and people technology to drive innovation in workforce strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.

• Knowledge of talent management and HR operational processes.

• Familiarity with AI applications in workforce strategies.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to coach teams effectively.

• Agile certifications such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master preferred.

• Experience in process improvement and change management is a plus.

• Flexibility in shift timings.
