Job Overview:

Parishram Resources is looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultants to join their team and work on a high-impact Periodic Review Project. You will be responsible for custom development, integrations, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in a hybrid work environment.

This role requires hands-on development with a strong focus on CRM customization, API integrations, Azure functions, and data migration using KingswaySoft SSIS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using plugins, workflows, and JavaScript

• Develop integrations using Azure Functions and RESTful APIs

• Manage SSIS packages via KingswaySoft for CRM data migration

• Write complex SQL queries for troubleshooting and data accuracy

• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements, testing, and deployment

• Analyze, enhance, and support legacy and modern systems integration

• Ensure high-quality code following best practices and standards

• Provide ongoing support and documentation of developed features

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (plugins, customizations)

• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, .NET Framework

• Hands-on with KingswaySoft SSIS for data integration

• Azure Functions and Dynamics API expertise

• Excellent debugging, analysis, and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working in a hybrid team model

• Experience with Power Apps & Canvas apps

Preferred:

• Immediate availability

• Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with legacy/modern systems

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
