Job Summary:

Wells Fargo is hiring a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies, support team collaboration, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple feature teams. This role involves close coordination with product owners and stakeholders to drive sprint planning, execution, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and best practices

• Guide teams on Agile delivery and prioritization

• Identify and address delivery blockers and risks

• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams

• Manage up to 2–3 feature teams

Qualifications:

Required:

• 4+ years of Scrum Master or Agile experience

• Strong knowledge of Agile practices and the SDLC

• Experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools

Preferred:

• Certified Scrum Master / SAFe or Agile certification

• Experience with Branch and ATM applications

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
