Job Description:

Scremer, through its Hiringhood platform, is looking for a Digital Marketing Fresher who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to launch a career in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and digital automation — all while contributing to real-time projects in a fast-paced EdTech-startup ecosystem based at T-Hub, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media, email, and paid ad campaigns

• Create and manage digital content (posts, banners, videos, promos)

• Automate campaigns using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or WATI

• Monitor analytics and optimize performance across channels

• Build and manage content calendars for brand accounts

• Assist in running targeted campaigns across WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.

• Support email marketing and segmentation for customer engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand consistency

• Report on campaign metrics, generate insights, and suggest improvements

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics

• Strong communication, visualization, and presentation skills

• Understanding of social media trends and content formats

• Ability to manage pages, groups, and audience engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields

Preferred Skills:

• Micro or nano certifications in digital marketing

• A portfolio of prior projects or campaigns

• Experience with automation or programmatic tools

• Interest in NoCode marketing stacks like WATI

• Growth mindset and startup adaptability
