Job Description:
Katzion is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact digital solutions across global client portfolios. This remote role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in Agile environments and has the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and oversee full project lifecycle delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Oversee project lifecycles including sales, design, implementation, testing, and support
Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive successful execution of deliverables
Identify risks, manage interdependencies, and ensure timely escalations
Scrum & Agile Facilitation:
Guide teams on Agile principles, Scrum theory, and best practices
Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Stand-ups
Coach and mentor team members for improved agility and performance
Remove blockers and enhance team collaboration and productivity
Client Engagement:
Liaise with clients to gather business requirements and propose tailored solutions
Translate business goals into executable user stories and delivery plans
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage client expectations
Present project updates, burn reports, and status communications effectively
Solution Delivery:
Architect scalable solutions aligning with platform best practices
Conduct test planning, UAT coordination, and post-implementation reviews
Ensure all work aligns with agreed SoW and identify scope changes as needed
Lead documentation, change requests, and deployment activities
Required Qualifications:
5–7 years of experience in project management in IT/consulting domains
In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project governance
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other PM systems
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Experience managing enterprise-level technical projects and cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Salesforce platform experience (nice to have)
Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist
Experience with SoW development, Agile estimation, and stakeholder management
Background in integration architecture and enterprise solution design
