Lead Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementations and enhancements in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules

• Manage full lifecycle of ERP business processes (SCM, Inventory, Procurement, Production, Quality, Warehouse)

• Conduct functional design, testing, UAT, and provide post-go-live support

• Interact with stakeholders to assess business needs and recommend best-fit solutions

• Work in Agile environments and lead delivery teams

• Participate in proposal building and solution architecture

Skills & Requirements:

• 15+ years of overall IT experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 / D365 FO

• Strong knowledge in Inventory, Procurement, Production, Quality, Warehouse modules

• Proven expertise in ERP business process consulting and functional documentation

• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills

• Agile methodology experience preferred

• Project management and proposal development knowledge is a plus
